Amy Shaw
  Amy Shaw, Community Relations Manager, is responsible for community outreach, public relations, and developing and implementing initiatives to raise awareness of the museum among the local community and other stakeholders. Her professional background lies in strategic communications planning and implementation for non-profit and educational organizations.
Prior to joining the museum as the community relations manager, Amy oversaw public relations and media relations for a non-profit association that advances understanding of health issues among policymakers and the public. She holds a Master of Professional Studies in Strategic Public Relations from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English and French from Bucknell University.
