Public Program Ticket Policy

The Koshland Science Museum encourages participants to engage with each other in an intellectually-stimulating environment. Part of what makes a program at the museum a unique and memorable experience is the ability to connect around ideas in an interactive setting. For these reasons, admission to a program cannot be guaranteed without advance ticket purchase. It is strongly recommended that participants purchase a ticket prior to the program date.

On the evening of a program, ticketholders are encouraged to arrive early before the start of the program. Tickets guarantee admission to the program; however, seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Tickets are non-refundable. At 20 minutes after the start of the program, unclaimed tickets will be considered forfeited and sold to customers waiting onsite.

If one person purchases tickets for a group, that person must provide the names of all individuals in his or her group. Those individuals may pick up their ticket and enter upon arrival. Tickets will only be held at the will-call desk if a specific name is assigned to them.
