EXPERT ADVISORS

advisorsThe Koshland Science Museum explores the science at the core of public policy decisions, linking scientific research to everyday life. The museum’s exhibits and programs are derived from reports produced by the National Research Council and Institute of Medicine. The mission of the museum is to help people use science to solve problems.

To ensure scientific accuracy and objectivity, the Koshland Science Museum engages panels of leading experts to assist museum staff and designers in all facets of exhibit and program development. The Museum Advisory Board oversees the work of the Scientific Steering Committees who participate in developing specific exhibits. Both the Museum Advisory Board and the Scientific Steering Committees are comprised of leading experts from a wide range of fields. This section details the members and affiliations of the Museum Advisory Board and Scientific Steering Committees. For detailed biographies of the museum’s advisors, contact the Koshland Science Museum Office.
