Koshland Science Museum Public Programs for Fall 2005 Feature Hurricane Forecasting, Communicating Science, Lunchtime Discovery
August 19, 2005 – Washington, DC - The Marian Koshland Science Museum of the National Academy of Sciences presents highly interactive programs that bring together experts and members of the public in thought-provoking discussions about the science behind today's headlines. The fall season will kick off with the Communicating Science series which explores the challenges and techniques of conveying technical and often controversial scientific issues through film, print, and broadcast journalism.
