The National Math Festival brings together some of the most fascinating mathematicians of our time to inspire and challenge participants to see math in new and exciting ways. This free and public celebration returns to Washington, D.C. at the Walter E. Washington Convenction Center on Saturday, April 22nd, featuring activities for every age level, from early learning activities for toddlers and daring mathematical challenges for teens, to lectures, hands-on art making, puzzles, games, and more.
With support from the Rita Allen Foundation, the National Academy of Sciences is pleased to offer two awards of $37,500 each to support the formation and development of collaborative science communication researcher-practitioner partnerships.
